摘要

目的:观察时空针灸灵龟八法针刺对围绝经期综合征患者症状及血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E_2)水平的影响。方法:36例围绝经期综合征患者采用时空针灸灵龟八法治疗

操作时

先针刺时间穴位

再按时间穴位所对应的九宫序号依次针刺空间穴位(包括腰背九宫、头手九宫、腹足九宫)

最后再针刺靶向穴位。留针45min

每日1次

每周6次

休息1d

共治疗3周。观察治疗前后患者Kupperman总评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、血清FSH和E_2水平的变化情况。结果:治疗后患者Kupperman总评分、HAMA评分及FSH水平低于治疗前(P<0.05)

E_2水平较治疗前升高(P<0.05)

总有效率为94.4%(34/36)。结论:时空针灸灵龟八法能明显改善围绝经期综合征患者的相关症状

使血清FSH水平下降、E_2水平升高。
