摘要

原发性痛经是指月经期或行经前后下腹或腰骶痉挛性疼痛、坠胀等不适感

多伴头痛、头晕、乏力、恶心、呕吐等其他症状

是妇科常见疾病。流行病学调查[1]显示

其发生率约为30%～80%。笔者采用"秩边透水道"针法治疗原发性痛经

现报道如下。1临床资料于2016年5月至2017年8月在山西中医学院第三中医院纳入原发性痛经患者64例

按照就诊顺序采用随机数字表法将患者按1∶1比例分为针刺
