摘要

患者

女

60岁

农民。初诊时间:2017年7月10日。主诉:右肩部瘢痕痛痒40年

加重10余年。病史:40年前外出劳作

肩部被毒虫咬伤

留下一枣核样大小瘢痕

当时未予治疗。后来瘢痕逐渐增大

时常痛痒。10年前瘢痕增长速度加快

质地渐变硬

尤以阴雨天痛痒难忍

外用疤痕霜效差。为求进一步治疗入我院针灸科。刻下症:右肩部瘢痕
