摘要

目的:探讨针刺联合颈痛颗粒治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效及对患者血清白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-1β(IL-1β)水平和血液流变学指标的影响。方法:将114例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为观察组和对照组

每组57例。两组均采用牵引治疗。对照组口服颈痛颗粒

每次4g

每天3次;观察组在对照组治疗基础上结合针刺治疗

穴取大椎、天柱、后溪、颈椎夹脊穴、曲池、合谷、外关

每天1次。两组疗程均为4周。观察两组治疗前后简化Mc Gill疼痛问卷(simplified McGill pain questionnaire

MPQ)、颈部残障指数(neck disability index

NDI)、麻木评分

血清IL-6、TNF-α、IL-1β及血液流变学水平变化

并比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组总有效率为91.2%(52/57)

高于对照组的71.9%(41/57

P<0.05)。两组治疗后MPQ、NDI和麻木评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);观察组治疗后MPQ、NDI和麻木评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组血清IL-6、TNF-α和IL-1β水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05)

且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、全血黏度低切和全血黏度高切水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05)

且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合颈痛颗粒治疗神经根型颈椎病临床疗效显著

可降低患者血清IL-6、TNF-α和IL-1β水平

改善血液流变学。
