摘要

毫针刺法是影响经穴效应的重要因素

选择与病症相适合的刺法是提高临床疗效的关键。本文系统梳理运动类针法(恢刺法、动气针法、浮针疗法)在痉挛治疗中的应用

以期为痉挛的最佳针刺治疗方案提供一定的理论依据。通过归纳分析各运动类针法治疗痉挛时的取穴原则、刺法特点、刺激范围、刺激量及适应证等异同之处

发现运动类针法强调针刺和运动的有效结合

是治疗痉挛的有效手段。
