摘要

患者

男

82岁

于2018年12月29日就诊。主诉:右侧半身不遂伴饮水咳呛1年

加重16 h。现病史:2017年12月患脑梗死

经改善脑代谢、改善脑循环、抗血小板聚集、降脂、稳定斑块治疗后遗留右侧肢体不遂及饮水咳呛症状

于2018年12月28日下午5时许

无明显诱因突然出现右侧半身不遂加重

遂就诊于我院急诊

查颅脑MR示:左额颞岛叶梗死灶

考虑脑梗死

治以改善脑代谢、改善脑循环

予醒脑静
