摘要

目的:评价温和灸配合隔盐灸改善乳腺癌化疗所致胃肠道反应的疗效

胃蛋白酶原及部分作用机制。方法:将48例患者随机分为观察组和对照组

每组24例。对照组使用注射用盐酸托烷司琼(5 mg)

静脉滴注

每日1次

共治疗3d;观察组在对照组治疗基础上配合使用温和灸足三里、中脘、关元、气海及隔盐灸神阙

每天1次

每次15 min

共治疗7 d。分别于治疗前及化疗第7天监测两组患者血清胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ(PGⅠ)、胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ(PGⅡ)、PGⅠ与PGⅡ比值(PGR)和胃泌素-17(G-17)水平。分别于治疗前与化疗第3、5、7天

比较两组患者胃肠道反应程度(恶心、呕吐、便秘、腹泻症状评分)。结果:化疗第7天

观察组血清PGⅠ、PGⅡ、G-17水平低于对照组(P<0.05)

PGR与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。化疗期间观察组恶心、呕吐、便秘总体评分较对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:温和灸配合隔盐灸可以有效改善乳腺癌化疗引起的恶心、呕吐、便秘症状

其机制可能与下调血清PGⅠ、PGⅡ及G-17水平有关。
