摘要

目的:观察电子灸治疗脑卒中后环咽肌失弛缓症的临床疗效。方法:将60例环咽肌失弛缓症患者随机分为观察组和对照组

每组30例

其中观察组脱落1例

对照组脱落2例。对照组进行常规基础治疗、针刺治疗及吞咽康复训练;观察组在对照组治疗基础上行电子灸

取穴为廉泉、天突、天鼎和扶突

每次治疗30 min。两组均每周5次

治疗4周。于治疗前后行肌骨超声检测咽侧壁活动度

并观察藤岛一郎吞咽障碍评分变化。结果:治疗后两组患者咽侧壁活动度增加、藤岛一郎吞咽障碍评分升高(P<0.01

P<0.05)。观察组咽侧壁活动度增加幅度、藤岛一郎吞咽障碍评分升高幅度大于对照组(P<0.05

P<0.01)。结论:电子灸能改善脑卒中后环咽肌失弛缓症患者受损吞咽功能

重建正常吞咽过程。
