摘要

目的:比较隐白穴麦粒灸与口服地屈孕酮片治疗体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)降调节后月经经期延长的临床疗效。方法:选取进入IVF-ET助孕周期

降调节后出现月经经期延长患者54例

随机分为观察组和对照组

各27例。观察组在患者出现经期超过7d

于就诊日开始进行隐白穴麦粒灸治疗

每日1次

每治疗3d后休息1 d

至经血干净后继续促排卵及启动取卵;对照组在经期超过7 d

于就诊日开始服用地屈孕酮片治疗

每日2次

每次10mg

至经血干净后继续促排卵及启动取卵。观察两组患者治疗后经血干净所需天数、宫腔积血面积变化、子宫内膜形态、内膜血流供应、获卵数、冷冻胚胎评级及临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗后经血干净所需天数较对照组短(P<0.05);观察组治疗后宫腔积血面积较对照组小(P<0.05);观察组治疗后子宫内膜形态、内膜血流供应较对照组良好(均P<0.05);观察组治疗后获卵数、可用冷冻胚胎与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。观察组痊愈率为100.0%(27/27)

高于对照组的33.3%(9/27

P<0.05)。结论:隐白穴麦粒灸更能有效治疗IVF-ET降调节后月经经期延长

有利于后续子宫内膜的准备

且对取卵及胚胎培养无影响。
