摘要

目的:比较穴位埋线配合康复训练与单纯康复训练治疗自闭症(ASD)儿童共同注意及社交沟通能力的临床疗效。方法:将60例自闭症患儿随机分为观察组和对照组

每组30例。对照组给予常规ASD康复训练

包括引导式教育、言语训练、音乐疗法

每日1次;观察组在此基础上选取神庭、百会、神门、视区

进行穴位埋线治疗

每周1次。两组均4周为一疗程

疗程间隔1周

共治疗3个疗程。采用孤独症治疗评估量表(ATEC)社交维度和孤独症行为量表(ABC)评分判断两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后两组ATEC社交维度各项评分及ABC(感觉、交往、躯体运动、语言、生活自理)评分均低于治疗前(P<0.01)

且治疗后观察组各项评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:穴位埋线配合康复训练疗法能有效改善ASD儿童的共同注意及社交沟通能力

疗效优于单纯康复训练。
