摘要

目的:基于数据挖掘分析针刺治疗癌痛的选穴规律。方法:检索近10年PubMed数据库及中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普数据库(VIP)、万方数据知识服务平台三大中文期刊全文数据库收录并公开发表的关于针刺治疗癌痛的文章

收集处方中的穴位信息

运用中医传承辅助平台软件(TCMISS V2.5)中的数据挖掘方法进行数据分析。结果:共获取68篇文献

纳入73首腧穴组方

涉及117个穴位

主要归膀胱经、胃经、肝经、脾经。其中使用频次≥4的腧穴有40个

排在前3位分别是足三里65次

内关55次

太冲50次;使用频次≥19的常用腧穴组合68个

前3位腧穴组合分别是足三里-内关、太冲-足三里、足三里-三阴交;获取强关联腧穴组合规则103条;基于熵聚类算法获取候选新腧穴组合20个及新腧穴处方10首。结论:针刺治疗癌痛取穴经脉主要以膀胱经、胃经、肝经、脾经为主

其中以足三里、内关、太冲、合谷、三阴交、阿是穴为组方核心腧穴

以调脾胃、治血气为针刺治疗癌痛之大法。
