摘要

目的:观察盆骶调筋针法联合手法整复与单纯手法整复对产后骨盆痛的影响。方法:将80例产后骨盆痛患者随机分为观察组和对照组

每组40例。对照组单纯给予手法整复治疗;观察组在对照组治疗的基础上联合盆骶调筋针法针刺治疗

穴取命门、大肠俞、腰阳关、次髎、中髎、环跳、阳陵泉。两组均隔日1次

每周3次

3次为一疗程

治疗3个疗程。比较两组患者临床疗效;记录两组患者治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分、日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA)评分、盆底功能障碍评分法(PFDI-20)、盆底功能影响问卷(PFIQ-7)评分及性生活指标(性生活次数、性高潮频次)的变化情况。结果:观察组总有效率为95.0%(38/40)

优于对照组的77.5%(31/40

P<0.01)。治疗后两组患者的VAS、ODI、PFDI-20和PFIQ-7评分均低于治疗前(P<0.01)

JOA评分、性生活指标较治疗前增加(P<0.01)

且以上指标的变化幅度观察组均大于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:盆骶调筋针法联合手法整复可有效减轻产后骨盆痛患者疼痛症状

提高盆底肌纤维的肌力

疗效优于单纯手法整复。
