摘要

面肌痉挛(hemifacial spasm

HFS)又称面肌抽搐

是一侧面神经所支配的肌肉不自主的、阵发性、无痛且不规则抽搐的病症

表现为从一侧眼轮匝肌开始逐渐缓慢扩展至同侧面肌、口角。本病多见于老年人

女性多发

大约80%～90%的HFS是由于血管压迫面神经所致

。关于面肌痉挛

目前国内尚未开展流行病学调查

国外调查其发病率为百万分之十
