承扶又名扶承、肉郄、阴关、皮部

是临床中常用穴位。李志道教授在临床中常以承扶与殷门、委中并用治疗坐骨神经痛

效果显著

但对各版教材中关于承扶穴的定位存疑。腧穴定位的准确与否直接影响着临床疗效

为提高治疗效果

李教授运用"委中-殷门"连线法

对承扶穴进行进一步的精准定位

现整理如下。
