摘要

临床诊疗中立法选穴固然重要

针刺顺序亦是不能忽略的环节。其中

先阳后阴、先上后下是针刺顺序的一般规律

为了更好地服务临床

提高临床疗效

不但要掌握针刺的一般规律

也要了解特殊规律。笔者浅析针刺顺序的临床应用

以期与同道交流共勉。
