为了更好地保障和提升针灸服务质量

将目前世界卫生组织(WHO)和各国家地区在针灸服务质量控制方面做的工作进行了梳理和总结。WHO和各国已经制定了一些能够提高针灸服务安全性和有效性的规范性文件

涉及到针灸培训和安全使用操作规范以及疾病的临床实践指南等。各个国家对针灸师资质认证及管理方式存在较大差异。中国、韩国是通过政府官方部门进行管理

而大多数国家

主要是由通过国家授权承认的全国性/地方性行业组织

委托行业内专家

开展针灸资格认证和考试。医疗服务质量评估体系比较复杂

针灸具有其自身的学科特点

应该制定适用于针灸学科的服务质量评估体系和评估标准。
