摘要

患者

男

58岁

于2017年9月1日就诊。主诉:肝脏肿瘤切除术后呃逆21 d。现病史:2017年8月于哈尔滨医科大学附属肿瘤医院诊断为"肝右叶顶部(Ⅶ、Ⅷ段)肝细胞癌"

行肿瘤部分切除术

肝实质离断采用超声刀锐性切除结合钳夹法

肝门阻断采用肝蒂阻断法(Pringle手法)。术前无呃逆症状

术后持续出现呃逆

予盐酸氯丙嗪、盐酸甲氧氯普胺、巴氯芬片等联合治疗3 d

呃逆未见好转

既往无腹膜炎病史、无慢性呃逆病史。患者出院后于黑龙江省某中医院门诊接受口服丁香柿蒂汤加减和生姜汁治疗7 d

呃逆未见好转;
