摘要

患者

男

30岁。初诊日期:2019年3月6日。主诉:左手背肿胀疼痛1月余

加重1周。病史:1个月前无明显诱因左手背处出现一直径约1 cm的痈疮

边界不清

皮薄肿高

活动受限

稍有疼痛

经治疗后

稍有好转

但近1周由于训练强度加大

痈疮范围变大

按之坚硬

疼痛加重

影响日常训练及睡眠

当地医院建议手术治疗

患者因恐惧拒绝

遂来河南中医药大学第三附属医院针灸科就诊。刻下症:左手背处肿胀
