摘要

十二井穴和十宣穴均是常用的急救穴

因二者位置相近、功能相似

常被混淆使用。为探析二者定位和理论的源流

理清脉络

通过资料检索后归纳发现:井穴和十宣穴的关系最早可追溯至《黄帝内经》

可以认为井穴的位置是十二经脉的起止穴位

而十宣穴为十二经脉阴阳两经交汇的部位

二者一脉相承

一源两歧。此外气端穴的别名为足十宣

十宣穴和气端穴可以同井穴一样看成一组穴位。在临床运用中

治疗脏腑内科疾病、局部和循经所至疾病一般选用井穴

可以单穴单用;对闭证、厥证的急救

可以首选十宣穴(可配合气端穴)。井穴和十宣穴二者同中有异

临床应各取所长

相辅相成。
