摘要

基于多维证据体确定刺络放血疗法的适宜病种

为刺络放血临床应用提供指导。检索中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据库、维普数据库(建库至2019年2月23日)

天津中医药大学图书馆馆藏书籍以及《中华医典(第五版)》

全面收集刺络放血疗法相关文献;以邮件形式向相关专家进行自拟问卷调查确定刺络放血疗法的疾病谱;通过德尔菲法专家会议方式得出刺络放血疗法的适宜病种。最终纳入古代文献746条、现代文献32 375篇。多维证据体集合最终确定刺络放血疗法的适宜病种依次为带状疱疹、痤疮、急性扁桃体炎、血管性头痛、下肢静脉曲张、急性腰扭伤、丹毒早期、麦粒肿、小儿外感发热、脑卒中

主要为以瘀、毒、实、热为主的各科疾病。
