摘要

目的:采用超声波杨氏模量比较雷火灸联合振动训练与单纯振动训练治疗原发性骨质疏松症腰背痛的临床疗效

寻求客观的评估方法。方法:将60例患者随机分为观察组和对照组

每组30例。两组均采用全身律动治疗床行振动训练

观察组联合雷火灸

穴取腰阳关、命门、肝俞、肾俞、大肠俞。均隔日1次

每周3次

治疗4周。分别于治疗前、治疗4周及治疗后1个月随访时采用视觉模拟评分(VAS)、实时剪切波弹性成像(RTSWE)和生活质量评价量表(SF-36)进行疼痛强度、多裂肌紧张度(杨氏模量值)和生活质量的评估。结果:①两组患者治疗4周及随访与治疗前比较

VAS评分、多裂肌杨氏模量值以及SF-36中生理功能、身体疼痛、总体健康、社会功能、精神健康5个维度评分均显著改善(均P<0.05)

观察组SF-36中的生理职能维度评分显著改善(P<0.05);②治疗4周及随访时

观察组VAS评分、多裂肌杨氏模量值以及SF-36中的生理职能、身体疼痛和总体健康3个维度评分均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:雷火灸联合振动训练在缓解原发性骨质疏松症腰背痛强度、减轻多裂肌紧张度及提高生活质量方面疗效优于单纯振动训练

RTSWE技术可作为疼痛评价的客观检查方法。
