摘要

三阴交为足太阴脾经腧穴

有健脾和胃、养肝益肾之功

是治疗脾胃及妇科疾病的要穴

临床上应用甚广。现代针灸书籍、图谱、模型皆载其定位为小腿内侧

胫骨内侧缘后际

内踝尖上3寸。笔者查阅资料发现

各类古籍和现代文献对三阴交定位的描述不尽相同

主治作用也存在较大差异

故笔者对三阴交定位变迁进行考证

以求为其临床运用提供参考。1古代医籍考证成书于西汉末至东汉延平年间的《黄帝明堂经》
