摘要

患儿

男

4岁。初诊日期:2018年10月15日。主诉:右侧阴囊肿大半年余

加重1个月。现病史:患儿家长代述

半年前感冒后发现患儿两侧阴囊大小不一

右侧阴囊较左侧稍大

因其父亦有此症

故未予重视。1个月前右侧阴囊进行性肿大

伴阴囊下坠感

超声诊断示:右侧睾丸鞘膜积液。外科建议手术治疗

考虑患儿年龄尚小

家长未接受。自行给予热敷治疗

症状无改善

为寻求针灸治疗遂来就诊。刻
