摘要

目的:比较电项针疗法(ENA)联合高压氧疗法(HBOT)和单纯HBOT治疗难治性平坦下降型突发性聋的疗效。方法:将78例患者随机分为电项针联合高压氧(ENA+HBOT)组和高压氧(HBOT)组

每组39例。两组患者均给予银杏叶提取物片及甲钴胺片口服治疗。HBOT组在常规药物治疗基础上给予高压氧治疗;ENA+HBOT组在HBOT组治疗基础上给予电项针治疗

穴取风池、供血、中渚、外关

患侧翳风、听宫、听会、晕听区

风池、供血穴连接脉冲针灸治疗仪(连续波

频率2 Hz)

时长30 min

电针后继续留针30 min。两组均每天治疗1次

每周6次

共治疗4周。比较两组患者治疗前及治疗2、4周后平均听阈、耳鸣残疾评估量表(THI)评分、眩晕残障程度评定量表(DHI)评分

并评定两组疗效。结果:两组患者治疗2、4周后平均听阈、THI评分、DHI评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.0001)

治疗4周后ENA+HBOT组平均听阈、THI评分、DHI评分均低于HBOT组(P<0.000 1)。ENA+HBOT组总有效率为69.2%(27/39)

HBOT组为51.3%(20/39)

两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:电项针疗法可以提高难治性平坦下降型突发性聋患者的平均听阈

改善耳鸣、眩晕症状。
