摘要

介绍张仁教授对难治性面瘫不同阶段采取不同针法治疗的经验。面瘫前期重鉴别

采用电针分别连接牵正穴与攒竹、四白、夹承浆3个穴位

通过观察面部肌肉的抽动情况

判定是否容易发展成难治性面瘫

以便积极采取预防性治疗;难治性面瘫恢复期重方术

采用针刺、穴位注射、闪罐法、耳穴贴压综合方术联合治疗

且重用透刺法刺激口三针、颊三针和额三针;难治性面瘫后遗症期重对症

在综合方术基础上

依据所出现的不同后遗症状进行针对性治疗。
