摘要

目的:比较长蛇灸与阿是穴隔姜灸治疗寒湿型非特异性腰痛(NLBP)的临床疗效。方法:将120例患者随机分为长蛇灸组、阿是穴组和待治疗组

每组40例。长蛇灸组选取督脉大椎至腰俞段、阿是穴组选取患处阿是穴作为施灸部位行隔姜灸

每次40 min

隔日1次

共治疗8次;待治疗组在试验期间不做任何干预

待试验结束后予长蛇灸治疗。分别于治疗前后观察3组患者休息及活动视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分和寒湿证候积分。结果:治疗后长蛇灸组、阿是穴组患者活动及休息VAS评分、ODI评分和寒湿证候积分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05);治疗后长蛇灸组、阿是穴组各项指标下降程度均大于待治疗组(P<0.05)

长蛇灸组各项指标下降程度均大于阿是穴组(P<0.05)。结论:长蛇灸可有效改善寒湿型NLBP患者疼痛感觉、功能障碍及寒湿证候

其改善作用优于阿是穴隔姜灸。
