摘要

患者

女

35岁

于2019年3月12日就诊。主诉:右侧大腿根部出现红色包块2 d

加重1 d。现病史:2 d前自觉大腿根部痒痛

出现米粒大小的红色包块

未予重视

第2天包块突然变大(见图1a)

肿胀疼痛

影响行走

就诊于当地某医院

建议手术切开引流治疗

因畏惧手术而拒绝

遂来河南中医药大学第三附属医院针灸科就诊。刻下症:右侧大腿根部有一直径约3 cm肿块

局部红肿

顶端破溃渗出
