摘要

结合贝尔麻痹常见难治因素及方剑乔教授的临床经验

提出细化的治疗方案。认为老龄、早期未介入规范治疗、无前驱症状、进展性发病等为难治性因素;治疗以局部针刺为主

针对肌肉松弛、肌肉僵硬及特殊伴随症状选取不同的取穴针刺方案

并辅以电针、灸法、梅花针等

以提高临床疗效。
