摘要

目的:比较筋缩八阵穴隔药灸与口服匹维溴铵片、口服痛泻要方治疗肝郁脾虚证腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS-D)的临床疗效。方法:将126例肝郁脾虚证IBS-D患者随机分为隔药灸组、西药组和中药组

每组42例。隔药灸组采用筋缩八阵穴隔药灸治疗

将痛泻要方(炒白术、炒白芍、陈皮、防风)中的中药碾末制成药饼置于筋缩八阵穴

行悬灸40 min

每天1次;西药组口服匹维溴铵片

每次50 mg

每日3次;中药组口服痛泻要方

每日1剂

每日2次

各组均治疗8周。观察各组患者治疗前后中医症状评分、胃肠道症状评分、IBS严重程度量表(IBS-SSS)评分、IBS专用生活质量(IBS-QOL)量表评分

并评定临床疗效。结果:治疗后

各组患者中医症状评分、胃肠道症状评分、IBS-SSS评分均明显降低(P<0.05)

隔药灸组低于西药组和中药组(P<0.05);治疗后

各组患者IBS-QOL量表焦虑不安、健康忧虑、躯体意念、行为障碍、饮食限制、社会反应、异性关系和人际关系8个维度评分均明显升高(P<0.05)

隔药灸组各维度评分均高于西药组和中药组(P<0.05)。隔药灸组总有效率为92.9%(39/42)

均高于西药组的71.4%(30/42)和中药组的73.8%(31/42

P<0.05)。结论:筋缩八阵穴隔药灸能明显改善肝郁脾虚证IBS-D患者的胃肠道症状及生活质量

临床疗效优于口服匹维溴铵片或痛泻要方。
