摘要

陈日新教授探究现代疾病谱中医证候特点的成因

提出其证候普遍呈现"阳常不足

阴常有余"的特点。陈教授基于临床

并结合中医经典与古代文献对肿瘤的认识

提出肿瘤晚期患者的证候亦普遍表现为"阳常不足

阴常有余"的特点

而热敏灸具有温补阳气、芳香化湿、温经散寒、活血通络等功效

故肿瘤患者证属虚(阳虚、气虚)、寒、湿、痰、瘀者

均是热敏灸的适应证。热敏灸治疗肿瘤患者化疗、放疗后脾胃功能紊乱

化疗、放疗后骨髓抑制

癌性虚乏

癌性疼痛

胸腔积液

腹腔积液

便秘等6方面的病症具有独特优势

对提高肿瘤晚期患者生活质量、延长生命时间具有重要临床价值。
