摘要

患者

女

69岁。初诊日期:2019年3月5日。主诉:梦中打人喊叫、张牙舞爪3年余。近3年来每晚入睡困难

至凌晨3点后方可逐渐入睡

睡时打人喊叫不自知。多次于外院进行脑电图检查未见明显异常

口服地西泮、佐匹克隆等安眠药物效果不佳。经家人介绍至山东省中医院针灸科就诊

刻下症:神志清、精神差

面容憔悴

偶有心烦易怒

口干口苦

纳可

大便溏、小便正常

舌质暗淡、苔薄白

脉弦涩。西医诊断:异态睡眠(睡眠障碍);中医诊断:梦魇(阴阳失和

气机失调)。治则:滋阴敛阳

调气宁神。取穴:百会、列缺、膻中、太冲。操作:患者
