摘要

目的:观察揿针治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床疗效。方法:采用揿针治疗肱骨外上髁炎患者57例

穴取患侧曲池、手三里、中渚、阿是穴

埋针2d后取出

每周治疗2次

共治疗2周。观察治疗前后患者评分的侧上髁炎前臂评价问卷(PRTEE)得分及视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分变化情况

并评定临床疗效。结果:治疗后PRTEE得分和VAS评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05)。治愈25例

好转29例

无效3例

有效率为94.7%。结论:揿针能有效改善肱骨外上髁炎患者肘关节的功能

缓解疼痛症状。
