摘要

目的:比较足三阳经井穴刺血法联合常规针刺与单纯常规针刺治疗偏头痛的镇痛疗效。方法:将60例偏头痛患者随机分为观察组和对照组

每组30例(观察组脱落4例

对照组脱落1例)。观察组采用井穴刺血法联合常规针刺

按疼痛部位选取对应足三阳经井穴厉兑、至阴、足窍阴刺血

配合丝竹空、率谷、太阳、风池、合谷、太冲、足临泣、阳陵泉、外关常规针刺;对照组仅行常规针刺治疗

选穴与操作同观察组。两组均每日治疗1次

留针30 min

5 d为一疗程

疗程间休息2 d

共治疗2个疗程。观察并比较两组患者治疗前、起针即刻、起针4 h、2个疗程后视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分

比较两组患者治疗前后偏头痛综合评分

并进行疗效评定。结果:起针即刻、起针后4 h、2个疗程后

两组患者VAS评分均明显降低(P<0.05);观察组在起针即刻、起针4 h、2个疗程后VAS评分较对照组同时间点低(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者偏头痛综合评分均明显降低(P<0.05)

观察组较对照组评分降低幅度更显著(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为92.3%(24/26)

略高于对照组的89.7%(26/29)

差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:足三阳经循经井穴刺血联合常规针刺与单纯常规针刺均有镇痛作用

联合疗法优于单纯常规针刺。
