摘要

目的:观察隔药铺灸治疗卵巢型子宫内膜异位症痛经的临床疗效。方法:将54例子宫内膜异位症痛经患者随机分为隔药铺灸组和等待治疗组

各27例(隔药铺灸组脱落3例

等待治疗组脱落4例)。隔药铺灸组行隔药铺灸疗法

下腹部及腰骶区各灸30 min

每周1次

共治疗3个月

必要时口服布洛芬缓释胶囊止痛;等待治疗组除必要时口服布洛芬缓释胶囊止痛外不做任何干预。分别于治疗前后及治疗后3个月随访时比较两组患者视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、痛经天数、口服止痛药总剂量。结果:与治疗前比较

隔药铺灸组患者治疗后及随访VAS评分均降低(P<0.05)

且低于同期等待治疗组(P<0.05);治疗后及随访痛经天数、口服止痛药总剂量均减少(P<0.05)

且少于同期等待治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:隔药铺灸疗法可有效改善卵巢型子宫内膜异位症患者的痛经症状、缩短痛经时间。
