摘要

对灸法的标准化研究现状进行分析

发现目前公布的针灸相关标准以腧穴标准和针刺操作规范为主

涉及灸法的内容主要集中在艾灸的操作规范

而灸材、灸具的标准化则较为欠缺。笔者对灸法的标准化发展策略提出4点建议:(1)纠正重针轻灸的现状

加强对传统经验的继承和文献的发掘

拓展灸法的适应证

以证实其临床疗效。(2)推动灸法从灸材、灸具到操作规范的全流程的标准化。(3)加强灸法的装备建设

结合人工智能、通信技术等其他工程学科

构建多学科交叉体系。(4)完善灸法推广和发展模式

推动灸法在临床应用、推广模式、标准化建设等领域的全方位发展。
