摘要

特发性震颤(essentialtremor

ET)又称原发性震颤

属于中枢神经系统的退行性病变

是一种典型的动作性或姿势性震颤

主要表现为双上肢震颤(90%～95%)

也可表现为其他部位如头部(30%)、双下肢(10%～15%)的震颤以及语音震颤(20%)等

。约60%的患者有家族史

多数患者在65～70岁前完全外显([1])。约60%的患者有家族史
