摘要

目的:观察头面部刮痧联合下肢踩跷对慢性疲劳综合征患者疲劳症状及精神状态的影响。方法:将100例慢性疲劳综合征患者随机分为观察组(50例

脱落2例)与对照组(50例

脱落2例)。对照组予口服谷维素片、复合维生素B片剂治疗

每日3次

每次各2片

连续服药30 d。在对照组治疗基础上

观察组予头面部刮痧联合下肢足三阴经踩跷治疗

每3天1次

共治疗10次。观察两组患者治疗前后疲劳量表-14(FS-14)、躯体和心理健康报告(SPHERE)评分

并评定临床疗效。结果:两组患者治疗后FS-14及SPHERE评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05)

且观察组降低幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为91.7%(44/48)

高于对照组的54.2%(26/48

P<0.05)。结论:头面部刮痧联合下肢踩跷治疗慢性疲劳综合征可明显改善患者的疲劳症状及精神状态。
