摘要

目的:观察针刺郄门穴改善冠脉慢血流现象(CSFP)的即刻效应。方法:28例冠脉慢血流患者

取单侧郄门穴(未进行穿刺的上肢)

毫针直刺约20 mm

行平补平泻手法

留针10 min。行冠脉造影术检查时

分别记录针刺前、起针后即刻冠脉病变分支校正的心肌梗死溶栓治疗(TIMI)血流帧数计数(CTFC)变化。结果:针刺后即刻

患者冠脉病变分支CTFC较针刺前明显减少(P<0.05)。结论:针刺郄门穴可以明显加快冠脉慢血流患者的冠脉血流速度

具有良好的即时效应。
