摘要

患者

女

16岁

于2017年3月19日初诊。主诉:反复外阴肿痛5月余

加重6 d。现病史:2016年10月

进食油炸、辛辣食物后

出现右侧外阴肿胀疼痛

就诊于广州中医药大学第一附属医院妇科门诊

诊断为前庭大腺脓肿

予抗生素(具体不详)内服、外用14 d后症状消失;2016年12月

无明显诱因

外阴同一部位出现肿胀疼痛

予抗生素治疗1周后效果不明显

收入住院部

脓成后行前庭大腺脓肿切开引流术

术后予抗炎治疗及定期换药

出院后门诊规律复诊

2周后肿痛消失、伤口愈合、肤色转常;6 d前无明显诱因

外阴同一部位再次出现肿胀疼痛

予抗生素治疗

症状未见减轻

红肿热痛渐致行走困难

为寻非手术疗法

遂至广州中医药大学第一附属医院针灸科林国华教授门诊就诊。
