总结杨文辉教授基于营卫理论针药结合治疗斑秃的临床经验。杨教授将斑秃划分为营气病和卫气病

认为卫气病者

病位在皮肤腠理

与肺肾相关;营气病者

病位在局部经络

与心、脾胃相关。病在皮肤、经络时依靠针灸治疗;脏腑、经络兼病者

则当针药并施。针灸方面

杨教授运用调和营卫针法治疗斑秃

其基本内容包括调营卫之本源、调营卫之虚实、调局部营卫之运行。中药方面

认为卫气病者可以中药外洗

选用疏风解表、通经活络之品;营气病者

病情较轻者中药外洗

病程日久者中药内服

以桂枝汤为底方

随证加减。
