摘要

基于集合可视化分析系统与Apriori算法探索针灸治疗产后缺乳的选穴规律。检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方学术期刊全文数据库(Wanfang)、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)建库至2019年7月15日针灸治疗产后缺乳的临床研究文献

按纳入及排除标准筛选文献

并提取腧穴处方。基于集合可视化分析系统与Apriori算法分析针灸治疗产后缺乳的特征腧穴及常用腧穴组合。最终纳入121篇文献

提取针灸治疗产后缺乳所选腧穴72个

任脉与足阳明胃经是最常选用的经脉。膻中、乳根、足三里、少泽、太冲为最高频的腧穴组合。集合可视化分析、腧穴关联规则分析以及腧穴组合网络分析一致表明以上5穴是针灸治疗产后缺乳的基本穴组

合用具有补养气血、疏肝解郁、活络通乳之功效

可有效治疗因化生乏源、郁滞不通而导致的产后缺乳。
