摘要

目的:利用超声弹性成像技术观察浮针对颈肩部疼痛受试者患肌厚度及弹性的影响。方法:随机观察上斜方肌区域疼痛不适、局部压痛或伴有肌肉僵硬、条索的受试者30例

右肩做为观察组

左肩做为对照组。对照组给予单纯抗阻干预;观察组在抗阻的同时于上斜方肌区域压痛点或僵硬、条索处做浮针扇形扫散。两组均治疗1次。治疗前及治疗结束后即刻进行超声弹性成像检查

观察双侧上斜方肌及冈上肌的厚度与弹性E值

并观察视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分变化。结果:治疗后两组上斜方肌、冈上肌弹性E值均较治疗前降低(P<0.05)

且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组VAS评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05)

且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:浮针可以增加颈肩部疼痛受试者患肌弹性、舒缓肌紧张、缓解疼痛。
