摘要

经行头痛是指每值经期或经行前后

出现的以头痛为主要症状的病症

现代医学将其划归为经前期综合征范畴。本病临床较为常见

病情易反复

甚者头痛剧烈难忍

严重影响患者的正常生活。目前西医治疗多采用非甾体类抗炎药、曲坦类等药物对症治疗([1])

且不良反应较少。笔者运用"老十针"配合揿针治疗经行头痛23例

现报道如下。1临床资料23例患者均为2014年2月至2017年3月就诊于北京市亚运村医院针灸科、中医科门诊的经行头痛
