摘要

尽管《黄帝内经》将十二经脉与五脏六腑分别相连

但经脉与五脏六腑的联系却各有特点。通过比较经脉脏腑相关特点

认为经脉与五脏的联系建立较早且较为紧密

五脏病证与经脉病候相关性较大

五脏有疾多选取相应经脉五输穴治疗;经脉与六腑联系建立较晚

六腑病证与经脉病候的相关性不及五脏

六腑疾病多选取下合穴治疗。经脉脏腑相关的不同特点与脏腑经脉融合程度、哲学文化因素、古人对脏腑的认识有关。
