摘要

压力性尿失禁(stress urinary incontinence

SUI)是指在腹压增加

如咳嗽、喷嚏、大笑、提重物等情况下出现的不自主尿液漏出

常见于中老年女性。针灸是治疗SUI的优势手段

笔者采用针刺横骨联合温针灸曲骨治疗SUI

现报道如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料33例SUI患者来源于2018年1月至2019年1月济南市中医医院针灸科门诊

年龄最小36岁

最大74岁

平均(55±11)岁;病程最短1个月

最长13年

平均(3.2±3.7)年。
