摘要

目的:通过数据挖掘分析针刺治疗神经根型颈椎病的选穴规律。方法:检索2009年7月15日至2019年7月15日中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、万方学术期刊全文数据库(Wanfang)、中国生物医学文献数据库(SinoM ed)、PubMed数据库、EMbase数据库收录的针刺治疗神经根型颈椎病的随机对照试验研究文献

采用Microsoft Excel 2016建立数据库

对高频腧穴、经脉和腧穴组合进行频数、总有效率统计

并运用Apriori算法对腧穴、经脉进行关联规则分析。结果:共纳入87篇文献

涉及腧穴104个

总频次为921次。其中

累计应用频次较高的腧穴为颈夹脊(87次)、风池(70次)、后溪(54次)等;常用腧穴主要分布于手阳明大肠经、足少阳胆经和手太阳小肠经;腧穴配伍以风池-颈夹脊最为常见

且多为近端取穴及远近配穴相结合;通过关联规则分析

得到了15组腧穴关联规则和15组经脉关联规则。结论:运用数据挖掘探析针刺治疗神经根型颈椎病的选穴、配伍规律是可行的

本研究可为临床治疗提供相应的参考依据。
