摘要

总结薛立功教授应用长圆针解结法治疗经筋痹痛的临床经验。认为经筋痹痛主要与风寒湿邪侵袭和劳力外伤有关

对局部形成"横络"卡压的顽固性经筋痹痛

采用既可以钝性分离又可以锐性分割的长圆针行解结治疗

主张"以痛为输"的经筋病取穴思路

手法上以"关刺""恢刺""短刺"为主。
