摘要

患者

女

49岁

教师

于2019年4月8日就诊。主诉:右头颞部肿胀伴左侧肢体活动不遂、言语不利2月余。现病史:2个月前因情绪激动突然出现头晕、恶心、呕吐

呕吐物为胃内容物

言语含糊不清

左侧肢体无力

继而出现呼之不应

意识丧失。家属将其急送至南阳某医院

诊断为"脑出血"

行"颅内血肿清除术及去骨瓣减压术"。术后病情稳定

意识恢复

头晕、恶心、呕吐等症状减轻

仍存在左侧肢体功能、感觉障碍及语言不利。2019年2月23日复查头颅CT示:
