摘要

探索针灸治疗产后缺乳症的临床选穴规律及特点。检索建库至2019年6月1日中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、万方学术期刊全文数据库(Wanfang)中针灸治疗产后缺乳症的临床文献

按纳入、排除标准筛选文献

提取针灸处方并做规范化处理。采用Microsoft Excel 2016软件对处方选穴进行频次、归经、分布的分析

采用SPSS21.0软件进行系统聚类及因子分析。共纳入文献102篇

提取针灸处方108条

涉及腧穴65个

总频次654次。针灸治疗产后缺乳症使用频次前3位腧穴依次为膻中、乳根、少泽;使用较多的经脉为胃经、任脉、小肠经、肝经;腧穴主要分布在胸部和四肢。聚类分析得出以乳根-少泽-足三里-膻中为代表的3个聚类方

因子分析共提取出7个公因子。针灸治疗产后缺乳症的取穴以辨证施治为原则

以局部取穴为主

兼以配合远端取穴。
