患者

女

48岁。初诊日期:2018年3月4日。主诉:呃逆伴恶心、呕吐1月余。现病史:1个月前无明显诱因出现顽固性呃逆伴恶心、呕吐

就诊于当地某二甲医院

予保护胃黏膜、补充电解质等治疗10 d

病情未见明显缓解。3月16日就诊于当地某三甲医院

查颅脑MRI示:T2与FLAIR像显示延髓背侧区信号增高

弥散加权未见受限信号;脊柱MRI示:C_3～C_5颈椎间盘轻度膨出;视觉诱发电位检查示:
